My wife's favorite person at this location is Angela. She is consistently friendly and cheerful, and has a beautiful warm smile. We are not frequent customers, usually once every two or three weeks, and my wife usually gets a pickup order - but enough over the past few that my wife has mentioned more than once how much she appreciates Angela. Boston Market has those sides that you don't always get to have as an option: Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Cream Spinach, Stuffing, etc. They offer lots of coupons for BOGO on meals and sandwiches. Good meat option that are not chicken.

At 12 noon, they weren't ready for business. The employee was bothered and clearly didn't want to be at work. I love Boston Market, but this visit made me realize, I can get better service at McDonald's.
