Place is a joke... they had a sign that they would reopen up on the first of December. ( no idea why they were closed in the first place.) We're on the 4th of December and still they aren't open.... I won't bother doing business with this location again.

I wish I would have seen the previous review! Online system is still allowing ordering from this restaurant when it is closed on Saturdays. Boston Corporate 1-800 directs you to submit comment online. Submitted online complaint 2X and no response. No response when calling restaurant directly. Did not refund my credit card for order they did not fill. You have to go through your credit card to dispute charge.

****DON'TTTTTTTTT ORDER from this LOCATION **** its closed and their website is still showing up as open, if you make an online order they will charge your account for the food anyway and there is no way to get ahold of someone for refund, need to dispute the charge with your bank.

I would like to give them minus 5 stars but the system doesn’t allow it. I placed my order online and paid it, and when I went to pick it up with my baby in middle of a stormy rain, one of the employees said they were already closed. They didn’t have any chicken and they kept my money. I’ve never seen anything like this in my entire life.

At 12 noon, they weren't ready for business. The employee was bothered and clearly didn't want to be at work. I love Boston Market, but this visit made me realize, I can get better service at McDonald's.

The store staff is horrible!! I ordered a meatloaf meal large and the african American chubby girl in the back said we dont have any she has to wait 10 minutes. Well i waited like 20 and when kt was ready she started serving people behind me. Totally ignored the lady in the front telling her it was my turn. She went on to ignore her and give me the food last. Mind you i was the first in line. Did t even apologizeThey really need customer service training. Never will come here again. That girl was chubby and short. The tall skinny one was actually being bullied by her. And was being yelled at so i assume she might be management with higher arcey. Btw another couple came in after me and left as well.

My wife's favorite person at this location is Angela. She is consistently friendly and cheerful, and has a beautiful warm smile. We are not frequent customers, usually once every two or three weeks, and my wife usually gets a pickup order - but enough over the past few that my wife has mentioned more than once how much she appreciates Angela. Well, due to COVID, until a week ago we had been away from Boston Chicken for over a year. And my wife reported that when she walked in, there was Angela, who greeted her with "It's good to see you - how are you? - you haven't been here in a while!" My wife was happily amazed, as she had no expectation that anyone might remember her after so few visits, and after such an extended length of time. To us the roasted chicken and the sides are excellent for the price, but Angela's presence is priceless.

Smells bad, is leaking water from roof, the soda machine is also leaking water. The chicken baking machine was off at 4 pm and the chicken was stored somewhere else cold. I left right before paying i felt discussed.

Throughout the years the restaurant has changed. The place is not clean and the food presentation is awful. I loss my appetite when I visit to purchase. The employee act as though they are preparing the food to animals. ?
Boston Market has those sides that you don't always get to have as an option: Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Cream Spinach, Stuffing, etc. They offer lots of coupons for BOGO on meals and sandwiches. Good meat option that are not chicken.

The market is always right there barge chicken Caesar salad is amazing. I've never had not one item on the menu that I didn't like. And the staff was very friendly

Bought 2 meals all the sides very dried out. Looks like they had be sitting out all afternoon.. And there wasn't any customer's in the place, now i know why. They should not have Re-opened and stayed Closed.Won't go back anytime soon.
