Dined in with my little, staff was extra friendly. They all worked well together. The young lady on the cash register and the gentleman in the drive thru have excellent customer service and speaking skills. I only visit the NW 7th Ave/127th St location in a Miami for service and quality. Hold on to this crew at all cost. 2/13/24 @ 6:50pm.

The burgers do not get cooked at this location. They are grey and raw and can make people sick. Even when they do cook it they don’t put it in the broiler to get the flame grilled taste imparted. Lastly, the workers are rude. The manager needs to do pop ups to check the quality because is lacking. I will be writing corporate about this.

We usually frequent this Burger King once or twice per month and order through the drive-through. It has gotten a bit better, but you still feel like the employees are doing you a favor by helping the customers. My Sprite tasted like plain seltzer water, with no flavor. When I asked the cashier,she said all she could do was substitute for another flavor. No one could change the syrup mixing part nor did she say I could get a refund. Burger King in general should really put effort into implementing better customer service training for all employees.
