Dined in with my little, staff was extra friendly. They all worked well together. The young lady on the cash register and the gentleman in the drive thru have excellent customer service and speaking skills. I only visit the NW 7th Ave/127th St location in a Miami for service and quality. Hold on to this crew at all cost. 2/13/24 @ 6:50pm.
We usually frequent this Burger King once or twice per month and order through the drive-through. It has gotten a bit better, but you still feel like the employees are doing you a favor by helping the customers. My Sprite tasted like plain seltzer water, with no flavor. When I asked the cashier,she said all she could do was substitute for another flavor. No one could change the syrup mixing part nor did she say I could get a refund.
