Why would they cook onion rings with my breakfast ?! This place always has bad food and bad service. I try to come back every couple months and same. They closed Miami subs next door this place needs to be next. Bring in quality owner/operator's to the neighborhood.

Everyone of the employees here have attitudes, very poor customer service. The drive thru microphone sucks, u can barely understand what they are saying, when you ask them to repeat themselves they give smart responses. It took them a whole hour to do their shift change. Every time I come to this location it’s a bad experience.

When you don’t have to wait 30 min in the drive thru, and the order is accurate, it’s the best bk I’ve been to. Food is usually fresh and hot and 8/10 times the order is accurate. No major complaints except the wait times here can be brutal for something called “fast food”.

Great customer service....! This location held it's promise to an order of a meal they no longer had on the menu after crew member mistakenly put in order. Keep up the great work as it is very rare to find customer service at fast food these days.

I ordered two Oreo shakes, 1 classic and one chocolate! And they gave me chocolate milk without Oreo and the classic leche con agua, without Oreo! I returned them to the chocolate one, they put Oreo in it and it tasted passable but it's not what they always sell and the classic milk with water and Oreo! 🤮 I always come here because the shakes taste like ice cream with Oreos and this time it's disgusting
