Under impressed with dinner. Been to CH many times in the past, maybe it was just this location that is having issues. From food quality to execution, far from what we expected.

Food took long to arrive then found hair in one of the dinners... we had drinks were not good at all sat for total 2 1/2 hours for entire time we were there...service was not attended properly. Always waiting for our server. Manager discounted our bill, but we will not be returning. As we always come for our business trips once a year this was disappointing.

As always great food with excellent service at a reasonable price. The wines never disappoint.

I am a current wine club member and love eating at Cooper's Hawk. I booked a reservation last night and we waited a very long time for our food- about 45 minutes to an hour only to find out our order was put in incorrect but magically appeared when we complained about it. Our server took a very long time to bring us our beverages (bottle of wine from my membership), did not ask us how we were doing during the time our entrees were taking long, didn't bring us water towards the end of our meal, and overall- failed to attend us like we have been attended many other times. At the time of paying for our bill, there was an additional entree on our receipt. We did not enjoy this evening and honestly, we wont be back for a while.

Always a great time at Cooper's Hawk! The wine is delicious, the staff is friendly, and it's the perfect spot to come with my girls, sip, laugh, and unwind after a long week. 🍷✨

We eat here often and have had issues with service in the past but on this night it was exceptionally bad. The wait for just drinks and wine tasting at the table was ridiculously long! We had to keep asking when our drinks were coming. Then the wait for the food was unacceptable. There were tables around us experiencing the same and actually returning there food and leaving! Our server tried his best but I feel like the issues were clearly at the bar and kitchen. My honest opinion is that management needs to address this asap as the service and wait times only get worse. I feel like the staff does not work as a team as I have seen in other restaurants. The restaurant is always very busy so clearly a staff management issue. Maybe management needs to change. I will not continue to frequent this location if we continue to experience this. I already have my wine membership on hold and I am considering cancelling for good. Too many other good restaurant choices out there.

Waiter was excellent. Never had to wait. Very professional, attentive and friendly. Food very good

Wine tasting sort of took a moment because no one acknowledged me. Waitress though did her thing continued the sample option and the food was superb.

Went to Celebrate a Birthday. Wine tasting was great!! The attention from our servers was exquisite and the food was delicious!! Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. His recommendations were great and I went with the Red-Wine Braised Short Ribs 🙌

Arrived for 4pm reservation at shift change so we waited about 10min for a table. Took a while to be greeted, longer for wine sampling, even longer to place an order, about 30 mins. Brussels sprouts arrived cold, arancini and sliders were very good. Took some time to get the check. Have had much better experiences in the past.

I love coming to this location. The general manager George is amazing. Since I am a wine club member I try to take advantage of my monthly wine tastings. Each time I attend the staff at the wine tasting bar are all a vibe. I love their service. My two new favorite wines.. 😍

Great food, great vibes, great service! You need to order the drunken shrimp appetizer, me and my boyfriend each get our own every time we eat here. Favorite date night. Also the wine is really good!
