I had a wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk Wine Tasting! Hervo was an exceptional tasting room attendant he was friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about each wine we sampled. He made the entire experience enjoyable and informative, and by the end of the tasting, I was convinced to sign up for a membership. His passion and expertise truly stood out. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasting—10/10 experience! 🍷✨

I am a Coopers girly. I have been a member for years and I come here at least two a week even to work on my computer for a bit. I love the bar as long as I don’t get the red head lady with the glasses and the lisp. She gives me and my friends TERRIBLE service everytime. Never smiles, always an attitude, doesn’t check on us. Other than that I love this place. Every here is nice and sweet EXCEPT her.

The steak was dry and chewy, the Mahi sandwich was so lame, and the burger was a bad choice. Not eating here again.

Had an amazing time, food and service were phenomenal. Will keep coming back. Our servers Aaron H. And Joseph were very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us a great experience. Hervo, the manager, was also very attentive and great. Thank you!

Cooper’s Hawk never disappoints! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and great flavors in every dish. The wine selection is outstanding, offering something for every taste and pairing perfectly with the meal. The combination of excellent food, quality wines, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I always enjoy visiting. Highly recommended!

It was overly crowded. The bar tender lied and said the bar had reserved seating and two open seat were actually reserved. I have been there on other occasions and the food is too expensive for the quality.

Stopped in for a wine tasting on a busy Friday night, and while the crowd was understandable, the service wasn’t. We waited over thirty minutes for a spot while people who weren’t even drinking occupied the counter. Josh tried to make the experience more enjoyable so thank you to him, but his colleague, no pleasant at all. The room was uncomfortably hot. Overall, not an experience that makes me want to return.

I visited last Wednesday to celebrate my birthday and had a reservation for 7:00 PM. When we arrived, I politely and respectfully asked if another table was available. It was a simple question that could have been answered with either, “Yes, we have another table available,” or “No, unfortunately we can’t make changes at this time.”
Instead, the server (Tonya, or something similar) rolled her eyes, made an angry face, grabbed the menus, and threw them onto another table without saying a word. I even asked if there was a problem and told her I was fine staying at the original table if changing wasn’t possible, but she walked away and left me talking to myself.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with the same respect that I showed your staff. The most disappointing part was being told by another employee that this behavior is apparently not unusual and that management is already aware of it.
What should have been a special birthday dinner started with one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had.

We used to love Cooper’s Hawk in Pines but the last two times we have gone, the customer service is horrendous! The ladies at the front desk have so much attitude and were so rude. We had a waiter, who had small braids/twists don’t remember his name, who argued back and forth with one of my guests. He brought 3 drinks instead of the 4 we ordered and we let him know nicely in the moment and his response was “I’m not perfect”. How is that acceptable to respond in that way??? Then a shorter older lady was bringing a soup for someone and we were trying to figure out who it was for as we were a large party, her response was “come on ladies who is this for” in an annoyed manner after we stalled for maybe a few seconds to ask whose soup it was. Awful customer service!!! We’re cancelling our membership with coopers

People obviously come here for the wine, but the food is good too! Nothing too exotic, but still delicious. The service is exceptional! We were treated like royalty
