I am not sure what has happened but tonight was awful. It started with a hostess who said she didn't have our reservation to find out that they had already sat the other couple in our party. Thank goodness another hostess recognized my name and stepped in. The bring the Brussel sprout appetizer that looked like it was half of the usual portion. We had to ask for napkins, silverware and plates. Then they came to pick up our finished appetizer and the “busboy” placed the dirty tub of dishes on our table to put our dirty dishes in. REALLY?? We all looked at each other and said GROSS. Our meals were mediocre. This will be our last time. So unfortunate.

We like to sit at the bar. Our bar server, Ann was extremely friendly, gave us great service and accommodated my Gluten Free needs perfectly. It was a very enjoyable and delicious meal. I specifically enjoy Cooper's Hawk because of their expansive Gluten Free options.

Service was superb. The appetizer wS well presented as well as tasty. The lunch size was the right amount of food. I had the Gnocchi with butternut squash, it was excellent.

The wait time was way too long for a 915 reservation we only got seated at almost 10. Katie our server was AMAZING!!!!!! The food runners were all confused with the tables. All appetizers didn't come out together. Alcoholic drinks were good. Salmon was cooked “well” the way we asked. Pork chop was grilled perfectly and dessert was amazing!

Appetizers here are great and are large orders, so plan to share. The filet was very tasty!

Waited about 10 minutes to be seated with a reservation. When seated noted entire section was empty so could not understand delay in being seated, Server ask if we were wine club members which we are not. We were then treated like we were idiots. " Server even stated I will go very slow with you" I have eaten at hundreds of restaurants and hate when your server acts superior to their guest. Food was good but not great. Will not be back in the area of the restaurants location any time soon and have no desire to return to that restaurant.

The service was a little slow..then pretzel bread took very long to come to table. Jambalaya sauce was salty. I have a pending charge for two different transactions only should be one. May have to dispute second charge.

Servers need to be trained better. Need to know their menu. Could not answer questions about the specials. The short rib special was super salty even for me who likes salt. I like the Dania Point location better.

Best service we've had at any restaurant. Food is consistently good. The menu is varied with monthly specials and Happy Hour appetizers. The wine club is a great value. We don't need to go anywhere else and highly recommend this restaurant and wine club.

My wife ordered a passion fruit sangria and she got orange juice. My MaiTai was actually good. I had the ginger salmon and it was over cooked. My wife liked her grouper but I found the sides portion very small as compared to my wife's sides, mine were half of hers. For a first time eating at the restaurant and celebrating our 40th anniversary I wasn't very impressed.

Unfortunately the service sucked. We sat outside and barely saw our server. As “nice” as she tried to be it didn't make up for her absence and leaving us to feel forgotten sitting outdoors. Second time in a row service was not up to par. The bubbly Rose was excellent though.

Last two times I have been to eat, while the ambiance is great, the food really was very bland with no flavor, and my dining partner actually mentioned to me that we need to start eating somewhere else. I'm sorry to say thig because the staff, ambience and everything else is very good.

Thank you to your server Dani who took great care of me! The food looked beautiful when it came out and tasted even better! I even got a visit from the manager Marcelo making sure I was having a good experience! Thank you to the Pembroke Pines staff for a lovely early lunch that day!

We waited over 20 minutes for our table when we had a reservation. Once sat at the table the hose told us he would bring us a tasting of the wine of the month - we never received it. The. Waited another 15-20 minutes for a server - to which the manager did see and came over to take our drink order and comped an appetizer. Once we received our meal - I had the churrasco steak - it was okay. I have had it much better there before.
