This was our first time eating at Cooper's Hawk and we loved it. Everyone was friendly from the beginning to the end. Our server Josh did an amazing job explaining the menu and the pairings. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The wine was great and the food delicious. We can't wait to go back.
The reason that I did not give 5 stars all the way across is because of my experience which i need to point out was not my waiter's fault and I sincerely feel for the entire staff because I think their hands were tied. However I dont feel its ok to not only allow someone to bring the dog into the restaurant but to seat them in the middle of the restaurant. The dog's leash was long which allowed him to walk around to other tables and jump on the back of other patron's...
My lady friend and I had a wonderful evening this last Friday at Cooper's Hawk. The wine tasting was fun & educational, and we even signed up for membership. All of the staff we met was very friendly and helpful as well. Food wise we loved the potstickers, my dates, Caesar salad, and the strawberry pop over. My only complaint was the Churrasco I had, I asked for a medium well and it came out more than well done it was a little bit on the burnt side.
