It's so good and popular you'd think they were giving away money. LOL. Yes, there's a wait during the lunch and dinner rush hour, but they clear tables very efficiently, so it's worth the wait. And their country store area is great to browse as you wait. Also, they have rocking chairs and big checker boards in the outside porch area which are very relaxing to wait at.

Fantastic service and food. The waiter, I forgot who was fantastic. She served us, immediately and got us a great experience. The atmosphere reminds me of the later 1800s to the 1950s. Obviously we top them good. In fact I loved the shop so much that I spend more on merchandise than food

Service was real bad, waitress took for ever to bring our drinks and biscuits, then she disappeared and someone else had to cover. Not the first time for this waitress.

We had the pleasure of having Lin as our server. She is a great asset to your team. She checked on us at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and did it all with such a positive, uplifting attitude.She also made some suggestions which were great.
It’s not often you come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do, and Lin truly made our visit special. Great service like hers makes all the difference, we’ll definitely be back and hope to see her again!

I was so very happy Dining atthis restaurant, and they even surprised me with birthday cake and ice cream. Wow thanks Cracker barrel I really appreciate you guys that really made my day ,and I can't forget my waitress that song happy birthday to me.I left feeling so loved.THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT MADE MY DAY!

From manager Kenya and waitress Andrea, the service was outstanding. The food was delicious, prices were great, and the meals came out quickly and perfectly cooked. Their menu knowledge and recommendations were excellent. The atmosphere was great, and both of them checked on us regularly. Andrea, even while pregnant, was incredibly competent, moving around easily and taking care of everything. We are truly impressed and very happy.

The food was great. Pancakes were a little smaller than normal. I got there around 8:00, no crowd at that time. By the time we finish around 9:15, there was a crowd outside waiting to get in.
