I took my family to Cracker Barrel for breakfast on a weekday, expecting a smooth and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from it. Our waitress, Veola, seemed completely uninterested in being there—no energy, no engagement, just going through the motions. On top of that, our food took far too long to arrive and it was extremely salty and missing items especially for a simple breakfast order. Given that it wasn’t even a busy weekend rush, the slow service and lack of enthusiasm were unacceptable. Very disappointing visit overall.

Cracker Barrel always is a hit. Best breakfast restaurant by far. Lunch & dinner home cooked meals are the best. Fresh baked biscuits can't be found anywhere else.

Food was good. Not great but good. Large servings and very good and fast service. The steak was average. Fried apples were very good and so were the eggs.

Loved our overall experience. Everything was seamless. Only suggestion would be to limit the number of people inside the store section- I honestly felt like I was in Disney World. SO packed and SO LOUD. Maybe our mistake was going the Sunday after VDAY. We could hear conversations from those that were sitting close by while we were trying to eat and waiting for our meal. Those who are easily overstimulated or have hearing problems could find this atmosphere to overwhelming. I had to wear my airpods just to buffer out the noise and enjoy my meal and conversation with my family. BUT other than everything else was great. The online waitlist is a blessing. Our waitress was AMAZING always checked up on us. Plus our order came in correctly, on time, and still warm. The lady running the restaurant that day was on point- felt like she had it down to a science.

Another visit to Cracker Barrel confirms why it is our preferred place for old-style American breakfast. To my surprise, the American coffee tasted absolutely fantastic, and of course, our eggs, pancakes, sausage, and meat were delicious. We adhere to a low-carbohydrate diet, however, as his occasion was noteworthy, we indulged in a single pancake serving. There are many options for us if we were fully low-carb all the time.

They do not have a good organization, they give you a 15 minute wait and it takes 40, they also serve other tables that arrived later, they give the waitress 3 tables and they do not tell her which table arrived first, the food, price and atmosphere is good, they just lack a lot of organization
The waitress was friendly but she had a lot of work and the kitchen was slow.

I have the app to get on the list. Mornings on the weekends I think are the busiest. During the week very fast service.

The place is very nice, and the dishes are abundant. The only thing to keep in mind, on weekends it is full of people at all hours, and there is a long delay to enter. We really like going there, they have a very nice product sales area at the entrance to the restaurant.
Parking: there is enough room
Kid-friendliness: The children will like it, especially the sales area at the entrance to the restaurant.
