This is one of the remodeled restaurants, and my only problem is that it seems too bright. Maybe dim the lights 10-15%. It is a different look, but not a bad look. The booths are nice, and it seemed roomier. I'm a creature of habit, so I did the fried breakfast and it was delicious as always. Server was extremely pleasant, and quick. Kudos!!

This eatery has been around for quite a while. It combines olde country style home cooking with a general store for unique and not so unique shopping. Both are worth the visit. Friendly service in both areas. Prices are competitive. Food is good. Adequate free parking. Entrance a little crowded so wheelchair access might be a challenge. Rewards program may worthwhile for some people. Some specialty menu items are worth coming back to try. Outside checkers and rocking chairs....
