i came here to get one cookie i wanted to try and when i walked in all the employees were in a clump by the register talking to what looked to be their friends and they were very much acting like me walking in was an interruption to their hang out. one of the employees said hello and i smiled as i walked to the register and it was silent and one of them was like “um..ok” like just unnecessary commentary. when i said my order the girl laughed and her friends were just leaning on the counter and staring weirdly. i got a picture of the employee from another review and the fact there is more than one review on the same employee being rude says enough. also, while i was waiting for my order, a different employee handed me a 4 pack when i only ordered one and i kindly said this is not my order and she was very snarky and was like what do you mean and i was like i only ordered 1 cookie and she looked very annoyed with me even though she’s the one that made the mistake. the entitlement in these employees is insane.
They have the BEST cookies ive ever had. love them sm!
