I placed an order for ONE CHEESE PIZZA on a Wednesday night at 7:01pm. They said it would take 20 minutes. It took an hour for me to receive my pizza. The man said he got the order at 7:30 “someone must had forgot to put it in” not my issue. I worked at a pizza spot for 3 years. Pizza takes 10-15 minutes to make. He offered a refund then took it back cause he said we got our pizza. I said really? After an hour? And he offered a free dessert. Never coming back. On top of the food not being that good and ordering for CONVENIENCE as it’s close to home. I would have been better off getting a pizza in Miami.

I cannot express how disappointing this place is. The service doesn’t exist even though they have tables like a restaurant. Everything you need from silverware, plates, boxes anything, it’s sitting next to the soda machine. The prices on the menu haven’t been updated so pricing is ask or find out the hard way. I see reviews from years ago and maybe they were true then. That’s no longer the case. It’s a shame the place has obviously gone down the toilet and the high praise reviews stayed.

Their spaghetti with meat sauce was broken up meatballs and the sauce come on, did not taste like anything but canned tomatoes. By the way, this same joke, insult of a sauce was what they used on my wife’s disgusting Chicken Parmigiana and our 12” Margherita and that also was tasteless (no basil, no tomatoes, no taste except what did I just eat). We should have walked out the minute we saw the old menu. We stayed and regretted enough to hopefully save others from the same regret I decided to post this review.

*New ownership* Everything has changed for the worse! Everything! Quality of food (horrible), the service (they are rude), the atmosphere, the price (expensive), etc. It's unfortunate because I use to love this place.... But I will NOT come back here again. Also, the restaurant was completely empty during my visit... so this wasn’t due to being busy, despite what they’ve claimed in past reviews.

Food wise this place is good, I haven't had too many experinces here. My job tends to order pizza from here and it's usually a hit. I decided to order a pizza and a small lunch pasta for myself, had it for delivery since i was at work and had to use my actual lunch break for something else. The ordering process was fine and food was fine. my issue was with the delivery person. He originally dropped off the food and said there was an issue with the payment/receipt. i told him there shouldn't be since I paid everything online and if there was an issue they wouldn't have send the food. He looked at the receipt, took a picture, then left. Keep in mind, that I am at work. A few minutes after he left, a coworker came to find me and tells me someone is waiting for me at the front desk, I go see, and its the delivery man and he's come back to tell me that he needs to be tipped. I tried telling him I thouht that was handled online and I am sorry but i had no cash on me. He just continues to stand there saying he needs a tip. Finally, a friend of mine gave him a $7 tip and he left. I'm just wondering how much of scene he would have made had my friend had not helped me out. It was a really umcomrtable and weird situation since he left and then came back. I sincerely didn't have any extra cash on me. I always try to tip and be respectful to anyone in teh service industry but tipping is really not a mandatory thing. I didn't really like that and this is also at a place of business. i only ordered delivery because I was not in a position where I was able to go pick it up but I will never order delivery there again.

This place is under yet another new owner or management. I was there about a month ago, and have been intending to leave a review, so here we go.

We have been going there anywhere from one to three times a week for all the years since the original owners opened.

Things went downhill after the first sale but since there were new owners/managers again, decided to give it a shot.

I gave them a very simple order for spaghetti and meatballs… nothing complex like the dishes the original staff did to perfection.

Let me summarize the review like this- how does one screw up spaghetti and meatballs? Pasta inedible. Meatballs not much better.

The folks over at Pembroke Pines HS recommended this place. I'm in town doing some recruiting and I must say - It's a great recommendation. Definitely worth visiting!

This is a total hole in the wall restaurant which is the best ever! I took my daughter here and she absolutely loved it! The man Nick at the front was great and very accommodating. The pizza was delicious and I got a salad which was huge. The chicken was a bit overcooked but it's not a big deal. I would definitely go back again!

I’ve been ordering from this place for over 10 years. Loyal customer, consistent orders, never once had a reason to complain or even speak to an owner—until recently. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed, and not for the better.

The last few orders were already disappointing, but the final straw was receiving food that was over-salted and incorrect, including pasta loaded with broccoli that we never ordered. Because we were rushing to the airport, we didn’t ask for replacements—just called to give feedback, hoping it would help a place we genuinely used to love.

The person who identified himself as Nicolas, the owner, was polite and appreciative at the time. He thanked us, said not to worry, and told us that next time we ordered, he’d personally make sure it was taken care of.

Well, “next time” came—and it was like dealing with a completely different business. This time the man on the phone was rude, dismissive, and uninterested in listening. He immediately jumped to saying he “can’t give away free food,” even though that’s not what was asked for. When I tried to explain the situation, he cut me off and literally told me to leave a review and order somewhere else.

So here it is.

Whether ownership changed or staff attitudes did, this place is no longer what it used to be. The quality is inconsistent, orders are wrong, and customer loyalty clearly means nothing anymore. It’s honestly sad to see a once-great neighborhood spot go downhill like this.

Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. There are plenty of other restaurants offering the same food—with better quality and people who actually care. Not worth the money, not worth the frustration.

Family has been orderingnfrom this restaurant for years. They must have new owners but the food decreased in quality considerably. I have been very dissapointed in my multiple recent orders. Are they under new management? i will miss them.
