Been coming to this location for 12 years. The service has always been great. Friendly and attentive staff. Always greet me by name, even know my order ahead of time. The only thing I would change is maybe some cosmetic updates just to bring the location up to date. Other than that, great place to visit.

I really like how this new spot is located conveniently off Flamingo Rd without being tucked into the plaza. I placed an online pickup order & they were just finishing it up when I arrived. I noticed there was still a nice stock of bagels in the case when I showed up around their 2pm closing time. The employees were friendly. They made my order quickly & got it out as soon as they finished wrapping/bagging everything.

The shop looked great on national bagel day with al the balloons. All the customers looked happy and surprised. Juan took care of everyone with a smile. The bagel was delicious and hot.
