This is the best place ever. It deserves more than 5 stars. It’s the best gelato I’ve ever had. And their customer service is great. And they give free samples. I would highly suggest this place. Also very affordable! They also have coffee options! And smoothies and shakes.

Yesterday I went to this gelato shop and had a really nice experience. The service from two sweet and kind girls was amazing they made me feel very welcome. The ice cream was also delicious. I would definitely go back again.

the only reason I am giving this place two stars is because the bathroom works. Usually, when you go to an ice cream place, all the workers are always super friendly, It’s very unusual for a place like an ice cream shop to have a group of girls with the most disgusting attitude working. I felt ethnically discriminated against, which is odd considering these girls are the same race as me, hispanic… ( they were talking badly about me while I was in the bathroom in Spanish.) I never leave reviews however, I was compelled due to the behavior, conversation, and negative attitude these girls displayed. Not only that, they have no energy to work, even when it came to other customers. Zero energy for a place like this and I wish that you as a company can do better. Hire mature, competent workers.

There were 3 of us and we all agreed the gelato didn’t really taste like anything. It also felt more like regular ice cream with a rough texture. It was just ok

Disappointed. Place doesn’t look well maintained which makes you question their cleanliness.

Even after seeing how unappealing it looked, we decided to order since we had already driven all the way there. The boy serving our ice cream kept touching his face, sniffing and wiping his nose with his hands and arm. He even proceeded to blow his nose and continue to scoop gelato without washing his hands or changing his gloves. I asked him to blow his nose or do something about that before continuing to scoop but instead of taking advice, he decided to argue and say that he only wiped his nose with his arm and not the hand holding the cone. Even after I clearly just saw it?

Won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

This gelateria is amazing. Great quality gelato, creamy and not too sweet, makes each spoon so light that you can eat an entire pint in a sitting. If you've ever been to Italy you will appreciate a little piece of Italy in Pembroke Pines.

I placed an order for a three-flavor cup and specifically requested pistachio, tiramisu, and cheesecake. After paying and leaving, we realized we had only been served cheesecake.

When we returned to have the order corrected, we were told we would need to pay for an entirely new ice cream ($10), despite the mistake being on their end. It took my husband stepping in and another associate getting involved before the situation was finally resolved. My one star goes towards that resolution, otherwise I would have given zero stars if I could.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.

The customer service was poor, and the shop itself appeared unkempt and dirty. The run-down appearance honestly made us uneasy about eating there.

Based on this experience, we would not return.
