Very disappointed with my order. The broccoli was clearly spoiled (photo attached), and when I showed it to the cashier, she just said she couldn’t do anything. Poor food quality and no customer service.
I ordered Mongolian beef and was given a plate of steak stir fry instead. Even before checking, the staff insisted the order was correct. I tried the food and it was obvious it was not Mongolian beef. When I went back and even showed them the picture from their own website, they still argued it was the same dish.
The service was horrible—the employee dismissively said, “What do you want? We don’t do refunds.” I wasn’t asking for a refund, all I wanted was the correct order I paid for. Instead, I left completely disappointed and without what I actually ordered.
I will not be coming back

The Gold Marquess that we frequented for many years is dead. It's now a food court with obscene loud music. What was once a prestine dining experience has been replaced with a somewhat underage crowd. The food is nothing like we remember. Wearing earplugs to have dinner is unexceptable. To bad you ruined a great thing.
My spicy tuna sushi was warm and rubbery which was disturbing.

they advertise $4 dumplings after 9:00 PM but it’s a lie ! waited till after 9:00 to go just for them to not give us the $4 deal and when i brought up how they advertise “$4 deal” the worker said the advertisements hasn’t been updated even though they just posted that a couple days ago … dumplings also came out cold , wok noodles were slimy and the steak was chewy .. the food looks so good online but in real life it wasn’t , overall disappointment and false advertising
Missing items in uber eats. Practically only delivered sides. I called as I was willing to pick up missing items (25 minute drive). Told me there is nothing they can do about it. So okay 👍

Pretty. I’ve had better microwaved dim sum from Trader Joe’s.

If you came for what previous Gold Marquess offered, you will be disappointed. It’s a brand new experience in a food court with very limited dim sum options. Har Gao is mediocre and soup dumplings tasted like steam heated frozen food. Chow Fun with steak is good, but steak is slightly overcooked.

Didn't care for the chicken parm dumplings....
Wow... So tragic.. Didn't know they completely overhauled the original place. Went in excited for what I thought was Gold Marquess, but now out front has a new sign Baoshi? So we drove around the building 3 times confused.. finally walked inside to find out it became more of a food court with multiple options. I asked if the food was the same as it had been, she said yes but a limited menu. And they were out of all the crispy chicken options (general two, orange, etc) which is why I went to there to begin with. I got some insanely overpriced and bland chicken lomein. Chicken was oddly textured and I questioned if some pieces were even real chicken 😅 Anyways, the food is definitely not the amazing high quality it used to be a year or so ago and I'm oh so sad 😭🤣 Oh well, corporate America strikes again.
