We like it. It's one of the better IHOPs in the area. They do try to keep it clean. Service was quick on our visit but they do get busy. Food is average. Been here several times with family and friends for decent breakfast.
Food was so cold. Like eating straight from the fridge. Server was nice and place was ok. The food was expensive. $80 for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not going
