We had a great first experience here today, loved it the place is very nice and well decorated and our food was Devine, Laura was amazing with us I highly recommend you guys come see her here at Keik!!!

This is a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines. Everything about this place is beautifully kept. Our waitress “Laura” was extremely helpful with the menu options and recommendations. 10/10 We bought some dessert to go, because we were too full from our meal I can’t wait to eat the cake later tonight.

Absolutely INSANE charges! They charge 18% Service Charge as a TIP & stated to me “everyone pays it” Good thing I asked before we tipped our usual 25% & up on top of that!!!! BEWARE!!! Even on take outs or if you go in & pick up a slice of cake to go!!! Also as i pay as you leave they ask you to ADD on more $$$$ as a TIP!
They charged me a large party fee on Thanksgiving. There was only 2 of us. My $50 bill was inflated to $100 in fees alone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T EVEN PAY THE WAIT STAFF ACCORDINGLY ON THESE DAYS!

Hidden fees, which makes tips plus service fee almost 40% on top of the check.

Sarah was fantastic, she made sure the food & drinks came out at an appropriate time and was even able to kindly accommodate more space in your cozy business. I look forward to coming back again hopefully with Sarah as my server!
