Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The Toppings Area was disgusting it had not been cleaned in several days. The serving spoons were sticky and the canisters lids were cloudy from buildup.

Good service and a lot of topping options , unfortunately I really didn’t find any yogurt that was really tasty.

While I appreciate Menchie’s delicious frozen yogurt and friendly atmosphere, I’ve noticed that despite clear “no pets” signage, some customers bring dogs inside. This raises concerns about sanitation and potential health risks for the pets, especially with toppings that could be harmful if ingested. I hope the staff can gently reinforce this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

The frozen yogurt here is always my go to place to get a sweet treat. 10/10 They have great customer service always great people who work here.

FROYO Day!!!!!!! We got in line just after 9pm, moments later we were informed they will be closing earlier. Because of the crowd and low supplies. 🤞🏼 We made it in!!!! Just before 10pm and the employees were still in good spirits😁 kuddos to them and their attending manager
Saw the tip jar empty, I left my gratitude in there🥰

Tried calling the location to see if they had a dairy free option. It just rang. I called again, and a guy picked up and said "hello" and then hung up. Tried calling back two more times, and they just kept hanging up the phone without saying anything.

This place employee DAVID are so rude the explanation for the run out cones waffles. is simple only for customers buy ice cream in the mornings. This is an illogical explanation the shop is open until 8pm

I love that this location not only serves my favorite flavor, coconut, but also offers excellent customer service. David is always helpful and professional. He also keeps the place clean and presentable. I went for my birthday and he made it special.

Stop perpetuating the fear of a cold, it’s ridiculous. It was four years ago and is that much dumber now?

I went in with my service dog and the man at the register told me no dogs allowed. I showed him the license for the service dog and he said “No Service dogs, no dogs in here “NEVER EVER come back to this place.

Icey, very Icey. Not like yogurt lands creamy froyo. The vanilla literally looked like shaved ice and tasted like nothing. Good for kids!
