Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I just went to this menchie’s and I had a bad experience. Firstable when I got there nobody was there ,few minutes later the guy who was working there appeared from outside and I asked him if I can had a cone and he said : there’s no cones , and than I was looking for Nutella , and they also didn’t have Nutella available ,and I asked him why you don’t have Nutella in here ? And he said : I don’t know 😨

My son had a coupon for a free frozen yogurt but they would not accept here in the Pines and 148 location. So disappointed

I was planning to bring my kids baseball team to Menchie’s after their game and checked online before heading over. The posted hours said they were open until 11 PM, but when we arrived at 10:10 the store was completely closed. Very disappointing, especially with a group of excited kids. Please update your hours so customers can rely on the information provided.

Brought my kids here as a special treat before school starts, and unfortunately, it was disappointing from the start. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. Instead, the employee stood behind the counter staring at my kids the entire time as if they were going to steal something. Flavors were decent, but some of the machines were out of order.

When a few toppings accidentally fell onto the counter, the employee just watched while I cleaned it up. Our total came to $40, and they asked for a tip. A tip for what?!?!? What did he do? He couldn’t even be bothered to greet us or give us our spoons. After that, we never saw the employee again as he was in the back for the rest of our visit.

We ate inside, and upon leaving, we noticed the trash by the register was already full, despite us being the first customers of the day. If they can’t change the garbage the night before, it makes me wonder how clean the machines are that we’re getting our frozen yogurt from.

If this is the new standard, this place won’t be around much longer. I truly hope they can get back on track, because if this level of service continues, they’ll definitely up like other nearby businesses that succumbed to closure due to poor service and offerings.

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is a clean, fun spot with a great variety of yogurt flavors and tons of toppings. The staff was quick and efficient, and there’s even a separate room for kids to play (or be loud), plus outdoor seating. But heads-up on the price: we paid nearly $30 for four self-serve yogurts, definitely on the expensive side. Also, like many places now, they ask for a tip at the register… even though it’s all self-service. Feels odd tipping just to pay. Still, overall a good place to treat yourself, just expect to pay premium. Be careful with heavy toppings, since it is a weight price, you would end up paying extra not for quality but for weight.

Sticky floors, and rude employees.

Johnny was very kind. Join the rewards program and get a free fro-yo on your birthday. Store is always clean and well stocked.

The Toppings Area was disgusting it had not been cleaned in several days. The serving spoons were sticky and the canisters lids were cloudy from buildup.

Good service and a lot of topping options , unfortunately I really didn’t find any yogurt that was really tasty.

While I appreciate Menchie’s delicious frozen yogurt and friendly atmosphere, I’ve noticed that despite clear “no pets” signage, some customers bring dogs inside. This raises concerns about sanitation and potential health risks for the pets, especially with toppings that could be harmful if ingested. I hope the staff can gently reinforce this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

The frozen yogurt here is always my go to place to get a sweet treat. 10/10 They have great customer service always great people who work here.

FROYO Day!!!!!!! We got in line just after 9pm, moments later we were informed they will be closing earlier. Because of the crowd and low supplies. 🤞🏼 We made it in!!!! Just before 10pm and the employees were still in good spirits😁 kuddos to them and their attending manager
Saw the tip jar empty, I left my gratitude in there🥰

Tried calling the location to see if they had a dairy free option. It just rang. I called again, and a guy picked up and said "hello" and then hung up. Tried calling back two more times, and they just kept hanging up the phone without saying anything.
