The absolute WORSE. I placed an order online and the delivery time was 19-29 mins, after 50 mins I checked the tracker and it stated it would be delivered within 7 mins, 15 mins later I called and was placed on hold for 3 mins, once someone came to the phone I explained the entire situation and back on hold for another 10 mins, during this time I called from another phone only to have the manager Kenny tell me that he didn't know where he was driver was,at this point I'm livid...read full review
