Always a great experience. Great service and even better food! The owner always takes very good care of me and I feel safe eating here with an allergy to wheat. Definitely the best gluten free pizza in the area.

I rarely leave reviews but had to share… this is hands down, the best Italian restaurant in the area! There’s nothing on the menu I wouldn’t eat. Everything is delicious, fresh, and served with care. If I’m not dining in, I’m catering for games, parties, and birthdays.

The experience at Russo's was quite average. The pasta dishes were nothing special and lacked the robust flavors I was hoping for. The pizza, unfortunately, was overly greasy, to the point where it was dripping and made it difficult to enjoy. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the service great (Jayce), the food didn't quite meet expectations. A bit more attention to quality and preparation could make a big difference.

i just have to say, the hoops these workers jump to get me my food is insane! One of the best services i’ve experienced in a while. Pizza was great as well and i really enjoyed the Affogato, keep up the good work!! The busser, the hottess, and bartender were very attentive

The first time I came here a few years ago, I was impressed by the food. Not sure why, but it's just not the same anymore. It's not bad, it's just not what we tasted back then. Now service on the phone needs to improve a lot more. Order taker is slow. To top it all, there was missing food. I don't get how people cannot just read the order and follow it, yet they expect a tip. That is why I just don't tip for take out. There is almost always something missing because they are working without being cautious.

I don’t know who does the marketing for this place but they should be fired! This place is absolutely awesome and should be busy every day at lunch, considering how many businesses there are around here…..

I heard from a number of people that they make a Chicago deep dish pizza that’s not on the menu so we’ve ordered it twice now. I have to say it’s a four star, but would make it five stars as if they would put more dough on the bottom because it tends to be mushy instead of crunchy, which in return makes the cheese get really hard because the grease but the taste is phenomenal. Hope they make those small changes.

We cannot speak on the food as we had just come from a disappointing meal. However, the atmosphere and people were fantastic. The beer and wine was good. We will gi back for a meal when we are in the area.

Pretty upset with last nights order. Ordered Cesar salad which was Half full (maybe a total of 4 bites) and Carbonara NO ONIONS. Came packed with onions and was also about half order. Was exhausted from my trip so I decided to pull what onions I could out but couldn’t eat it as the onions overpowered the meal. Figured I would save for my wife who loves onions. When she got home, she could eat the 2-3 bites as the onions were too overpowering.

One of the female waitress denied service for two people today at 8.35pm , tough its open until 9.00 pm. One of the waitress was ok to serve but the other replied only take out. She was rude and It's not acceptable
