Nori Tori is my go to for Japanese Buffet. The best out west, lol. Me and family always come here whenever they're here visiting from out of town. They have a variety of food, but in my opinion the sushi, hibachi, and snow crabs is my favorite. I always try to come doing dinner time, just so that I can have the crab legs. If your in the area, stop by, you won't regret it😁
If you are vegan or vegetarian, don't go here. I went as a part of a group and there was nothing to eat. Literally the only safe things to eat for a vegan is salad without dressing (the ginger dressing had mayo or something in it), veggie roll (but they don'thave a separate utensil to grab the roll so there is cross-contamination), and possibly miso soup.

This is a good Japanese buffet with wide variety of food items including Sashimi and Sushi rolls. Sashimi is ok. Habachi grill was pretty busy when we were there... not sure if it's always but will be better if it's staffed right to reduce lines. A lot of salad and other items. Good value for money
