The table I sat down at was shaking so some of my coffee spilled. That replaced it with no problem.
I have been coming to this Starbucks for the last 2 years. It serves the freshest coffee and the staff are all amazing. In particular, Belen and Melanie treat me like FAMILY. Their smiles make my DAY and welcome me every morning!
Wow! This place is incredible! A Starbucks with real padded sofas and benches and lots of seating! All the other Starbucks that I have been to lately have a vinyl covering over hard chairs and benches. This place has real upholstered furniture! Too bad I live over a thousand miles away.

Located at the end of the strip mall on the corner of Flamingo and Sheridan, this Starbucks is definitely more hit than miss. The service is always friendly, pretty good, and excellent—often fast and attentive. Staff are super friendly and provide amazing green apron service, with great recommendations and opinions on new items. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing.
While service is friendly, the drive thru can be long and slow, and service inside can sometimes be quite slow despite many staff on duty. A pro tip is to mobile order and run in to pick it up to get that joy in a cup much sooner. They sometimes run out of seasonal items, so ordering ahead on the mobile app is advised.
The beverages, like the Iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha, iced cherry chai latte, tall caramel crunch Frappuccino, and mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, are described as wonderful, amazing, rich in flavor, perfectly crafted, and simply excellent. Food items like an everything bagel are prepared crispy and perfected, contributing to the best coffee and bagel breakfast ever. The dining area and bathrooms are kept clean.
Pets are not allowed on chairs or couches, and staff communicate this policy politely. The overall experience is outstanding and great, with a welcoming, patient, and sweet team that keeps smiles on their faces, making customers feel welcomed and highly recommending the location.
