New to the area and I'm so happy I found this Starbucks after trying a few. The staff, particularly Jenell and the team always greet you with a smile, have patience getting our orders just right and make everyone feel welcome, no matter how busy it gets.. It's a little out of the way and there are two closer stores, but I made this my fav and will come here because the customer service is awesome. Thanks guys!
This morning I went inside Starbucks on pines bvld. Insidede the Target and ordered a Carmel Frapp. Maria made the best one I ever had! She greeted me with a smile and my Frapp was made with ❤️ THANK YOU MARIA!! GREAT JOB.
Came in because my AC isn't working at home. Figured I'll drink some coffee and cool off until the AC guy fixes it. Not in a great mood already, I set my coffee and sandwich on the table and stepped on the base of the table... EVERYTHING goes flying off the table and into the air, Venti coffee all over me and the table/chair! Needless to say I'm mad at the table and myself! Manager saw what happened and immediately made sure I was ok, no burns or anything. Then...
