Word of advice to the owners of Dutch Pot, food no complaints but your customer service is horrible. Fire them all, clean house or they will drive your business into the ground. You could be so much more profitable if not for your slow, lazy, rude employees.
I've always heard about Dutch Pot and seen the commercials but never tried them and only went to the family owned Jamaican restaurants because by Dutch Pot being a chain restaurant I didn't think the food would be authentic. However I've tried it for the first time and the food was superbly authentic and delicious! The customer service was five star excellent and not to mention the restaurant was extremely clean and orderly! Thanks to Dutch Pot and the young man...
