I usually don't complain about fast food service but yesterday was horrible.
1. they didn't confirm my total before I got to the window
2. The young lady st the window have me a really nasty look because I dropped a ketchup packet and asked for another one.
3. They didn't include sauce for my nuggets in the bag and didn't give me the drink as well.
4. I called the 800 # on the bag, the lady was nice but not helpful at all.
