I would give more stars if they were available. My husband and I very seldom go out due to todays society but I’m glad we did tonight because this was the best service from anywhere in a long time! Oscar is top on customer service made it difficult to select he was very personable offered sample flavors if we wanted to taste before ordering and wasn’t rushing us at all. Went around 3:00pm to get a single scoop of very berry strawberry on a sugar cone and this what i received. When served i politely said i asked for a sugar cone and the server was very convinced that this was a sugar cone. If im not mistaken this is a regular cone? The portion was great but wrong cone unless baskin Robbins redefined the sugar cone. Some added training is required here i believe? I rather go to Bayou where they get it right.

Horrible customer service. Each time I've No we cgone there. They are always complaining IAbout having to make a milkshakes or cappuccino blast. I've worked at Baskin Robbins and know personally that It doesn't take much to make either if those drinks.
