Stopped at a Florida BK, at Innerarity Point Rd. Grandson and I were hungry, we ate inside, young girl at counter was very nice and friendly, Whopper Jr's, great as always, big enough for me!!

Very clean. But short staffed like most places in area. The sweet girl who waited on us was taking care of dinning room and drive thru. She was doing all she could to give good customer service.

Took a while for someone to come to the counter and take order. When it was ready we had to go get it, but yet employees who are off sitting in restaurant cutting up, cussing, gets theirs delivered to their table . Guess if your a paying customer you don’t count . Oh and it was not busy at all. Only customer in store.

If you like to wait, this is the place for you. Every time I have gone to this BK ,I'm asked to pull forward. The food is good as it should be,it's a franchise, but when I'm the only customer there at 1059am, there shouldn't be a wait. There should be a policy against them having customer pull forward without receiving their order. Other times I've visited, I would pull up and drive off if there is someone ahead of me ordering. Now unless I'm really hungry I will not visit this location. A positive I like,the staff is friendly,but I came for short visit.

If I could give this establishment a minus ‐100 I would. I ordered and pulled around to the window to pay. After receiving my card and receipt I was asked to pull forward. I was the only one on the property other than the employees. I pulled forward as asked and when my food was brought to me I had to ask for napkins, Ketchup and onion rings sauce. Most of the time they don't bother putting the items in the bag. I had asked why since I was the only one there was it necessary to pull forward. I was told it was to insure that I received fresh food... was it going to be bad if I didn't???I said no it's to give a better time, the person said it didn't make a difference to them they didn't care. I was then told that I could drive around again if I wanted the requested items. I reversed back to the window and was totally ignored. I had to honk for them to come to the window. After getting only two packets of Ketchup, onion rings sauce and napkins I asked for more. It seemed to be a problem for the worker and they really had a bad attitude. I asked what their name was and they refused to tell me and hid the name tag. The window was shut right in my face. I have lived here for over 20 years and have never seen such poor poor customer service. I'm thankful that I waited to get my food before it all happened. Tried calling corporate and was only given website or the app to voice my experience. Needless to say I do not recommend this place at all. Food was cold of course. It left me sooo upset I couldn't even eat my dinner. At this point anywhere else is better. No more Burger King for us. Now let's see if I get a response from this. Highly upset over the whole experience.
