Great place with great food! Really enjoyed eating here. My daughter got the Rainbow Margarita and it was ENORMOUS! We also really enjoyed the 90s tunes that were playing. We will definitely be eating here again!

Visiting from Miami and this restaurant was super good. The food was amazing and would definitely visit again if I'm ever in Pensacola again. The seafood chimichanga is what I ordered and it was one of the best chimichangas I've ever had.

Had to wait for napkins, extra plate, service wasn't very good. Food was alright. I've had better. Didn't put ground beef in my Chili Relleno.

Compared to any other Mexican restaurant in the area, Cactus Cantina sits at the bottom of the totem pole. Unremarkable, bland, and not worth the price. There’s plenty of better options nearby.

Fastest sit down Mexican ever

Our server Omar was attentive and quick! We don’t eat out a ton so we were difficult with our order request but they made it a seamless experience in delivering exactly what we wanted! Also, at the end of the meal and experience, Isiah came out to make sure everything was taken care of perfectly! Thank y’all so much!

I’m leaving this review because of the shrimp Diablo. I’ve had this dish all over but this cheesy variation is by far the best I’ve ever eaten! I mean it’s not even close! It would be amazing as nachos!!

This was the best Mexican restaurant in Pensacola for YEARS. At first I hoped I caught them on a bad night but last 6 visits now have been horrible. Salsa was warm. Chips so greasy you had to worry about dripping grease not salsa. I can’t even get my family to go anymore I had to drive them to the one in Fairhope. Guys you were great we loved you what happened?

Got the worst service I've ever had here. Went in for a late lunch. Place was nearly empty. Still waited for the bartender/server for over 5 minutes. Then when she was about to come to us, while right on side of us, she stopped and greeted another couple, sat them at the bar and commenced to make their drinks, take their order and get them chips and salsa before coming to us. She was rude when asked for a refill. Looked irate when I ordered desert and then smacked it down in front of me without a word. Did not ask if I wanted a refill. Did not pick up the dirty dishes while we had dessert. Just sad service. And by the look of one of her other tables, we were not the only ones to feel this way.

What stood out the most?
The tacos! The seasoned beef tacos were packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly delicious. Every bite was juicy, tender, and full of authentic Mexican taste.
And what about the birria tacos?
Wow! Easily some of the best birria tacos I have had anywhere in the area. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, they exceeded all expectations.
How is the location?
Excellent! Conveniently located right across from the airport, making it a perfect stop whether you're arriving, leaving, or simply looking for a great meal in Pensacola.
What about the overall experience?
The food was outstanding, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. Everything came together to create a fantastic dining experience.

Without a doubt, this Pensacola location is my favorite. The quality, consistency, flavor, and service make it stand above the rest.
