Staff was super friendly as always, we got the 100th customer celebration for my daughter and a free half dozen of chocolate chip cookies! The interior was super clean and had an elderly gentleman constantly walking through to clean and offer to refill drinks if needed. Overall great experience.
Food was good! But, we were shorted a spoon for the parfait and the condiments. Not a huge issue, except we went to the park from Chick-fil-A, where we had our picnic. We're always thankful for the friendly service, though!
Made a trip to the drive threw and ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and a shake without a cherry (i’m very allergic to cherries) but after getting my food and drink they did not do what I asked. Very disappointed and hope they do better when people ask for a removal as allergies aren’t just a conspiracy!

Food was good. Had to wait in the drive thru for like 15 minutes. Didn’t receive straws, napkins, or sauces. Disappointed in the service. Because it took so long couldn’t go back and get it fixed.

Dined in this evening and the experience was not great. I'd rather eat at this location than the others in Pensacola. I ordered and sat down, waited for my order. After 20 minutes, my wife checked on the order and found out it was sitting at the mobile pickup the entire time. My sons fries were cold so I initially asked for another order. I was asked if I wanted the order remade, I said yes. I went back to the table and my wife informed me that her salad had a fried spicy filet instead of the grilled spicey chicken I requested. I brought that up and requested that be redone as well. Overall not a great experience having to wait 20 minutes for my food only to find out it was sitting at the mobile pickup for 10 minutes (I remember seeing someone place food there). Overall not pleased with having to wait longer to get warm food.
