“Is it a smoke shop, is it a restaurant? Wrong on both. This is a little bit of paradise. The food is marvelous and the smoke selection is top notch. Service is world class and the staff is friendly and ensures you are treated like your business means something. They truly value their customers. This is my wing place and if I smoked, I would go there too. Beautiful example on how a business should be operated. These five stars are well deserved, and I will be a frequent customer of this establishment of excellence.“

“I am giving this a recommendation because the food was awesome. The atmosphere was good and we just enjoyed ourselves until the manager Blakely gave us a bit of a problem. She came to our table to assist the guy waiting on us and she started with this attitude, I know she was busy we were trying to give her grace but when my wife says something, my wife is really put out by something because she never wants to make a scene but last night my wife was like this girl is ridiculous. I don’t ever want anyone to lose their job or hurt the reviews of one place but cause we’re not complainers, but this girl was off the chain rude and I hope that it didn’t affect other people last night. I know she was busy. I know they were all busy and that’s why we were being like not being pushy about our drinks being late, not being pushy about our food being late we were being really gracious And for her to give us attitude for no reason at all I just think was very unprofessional and I hope that they retrain her to know how to handle tough situations, but I do recommend for the food“

“Out of all the Wingstop I’ve had this Wingstop location is hands-down the best. The food was super fresh no excess grease dripping from the chicken! Everything was amazing. Customer service was friendly and she also offered to help me get the best deal of the day. If I wasn’t two hours away from this location I’d come more often. This place is amazing :)“

“It was like the outside of a waffle house on the inside and overstimulating at first but it grows on you. They have restrooms and a place to dine in. They deliver with DoorDash as well. The staff was a bit introverted but very nice. It was a pretty nice little spot actually.“

“I got my food delivered through door dash so I can’t really say much about the atmosphere , but I did get the boneless wings combo that you can pick from two flavors (I did garlic Parmesan and honey sriracha) they were so good . They didn’t take to long to make and drop off (about 25-30min) I’d eat it again.“

“The BEST wings in Pensacola. Quality can vary depending on who's working it seems but I've never had bad wings from here. Every order comes with curly fries too so you get a decent amount of food for what you're paying. I recommend the Sante Fe flavor.“

“So I've been here many times. And never have a had such good experience since a few months ago. There is a woman who works there young lady named kalishia , I'm sure I didn't spell her name right. But when I say she is truly an asset to the company. She is the sweetest customer service worker I've met in a long time. She helped me with my order once and then helped me save some money so of course I came back the same week . Ill choose to spend a little extra money just for customer service like that. “After church Sunday, my son and I decided to order a pizza from the local Pizza Hut shop off Beulah Road. A lady named Ty answered the phone, We told her we wanted a pineapple pizza and ask her what types of sauces that they offered she was soo sweet, patient and courteous when explaining to us what our choices were. She thanked us for our order, told us how long it would be before it was ready, and all I can say is When we hung up me and my son just looked at each other and said “that it got to be the best CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever received calling in a TO GO order anywhere.” Thank you so much Ty you are an exceptional employee and I hope that they recognize you and appreciate you because we sure do. She is also the person that cooked our pizza and it was delicious!“

“Due to its proximity to base, it’s definitely a military bar but with the help of locals and some bikers it really adds some diversity. The staff really looks out for the military and even does potlucks for them when some of the regulars leave for their next station. Great vibes, great drinks, and classic wings. Plenty of TV’s for any game you want to watch. An assortment of games from darts to billiards and even cornhole. Highly recommend !!!“

My orders are almost always ready at or before the promised time, and the staff is friendly and eager to go the extra mile. “This is probably the nicest Popeyes restaurant that I’ve been to. Every staff member was always nice and friendly, and the food was always cooked perfectly. I would purposely drive to this location because of the wonderful customer service. The food always came out in a timely manner, and if they were waiting on a food item to be cooked, they would always let you know beforehand, so that way you didn’t have to wait too long. Also, most/if not all of the staff speaks Spanish, so if you’re not fluent in English, you could easily order in Spanish. I highly recommend this Popeyes location.“

“I recently moved to Pensacola, second time placing my order . My favorite pizza ! Both times I’ve called the gentleman is so kind and both orders have been perfect , hot & fast delivery! I’m pescatarian/ plant based . I cook a lot at home so I’m picky when I eat out or delivery. I order the large veggie pizza thin crust and add jalapeños and pineapple, and I request sesame sea crust . Omg it’s the best crust ever ! They load the pizza with fresh veggies and I love it because I don’t like a pizza with too much sauce . The thin crust is wonderful! My first order my granddaughter was visiting so I ordered her the wings and she wanted a big cookie and it was great too! She loved the wings . Highly recommend!“

“We ordered bread sticks. Not crazy bread. Pizza with no cheese or sauce. They made it after some complaining - We've never had this before and just order crazy bread. Our son is autistic and he wants things a certain way or he gets upset. Life isn't easy when everything is black and white. So if we can ease that a little bit by ordering him food he likes when he's good we will do it. It's not a big deal. Maybe just have some understanding that not everything has to be easy or normal as we are all different.“
