This chilis is smaller and a little different than all other Chilis. The beer on tap 2 were bad. Bartender was very attentive. Food was ok. And the drink of the month was sickening sweet. Not a fan of the departure from the normal Chilis. While it was ok I expect what I have always gotten from my favorite places with small changes. I do not like place I expect the same good food and atmosphere of to try to change and with change you may get small growth but you will loose long term customers you already have..

My first time at Chili’s (omg!?) and it was so fun. Went for the whole experience by ordering the triple dipper ™ and trying the margarita of the month
Wow, the triple dipper options were so goooood. The cheese stick was unreal and I wish I got a photo of the cheese pull. Chicken crispy was also so so crispy. I would order again (to share).
$6 margarita was not a bad deal at all. It was ok taste-wise but the bartender said a virgin drink would cost the same and just taste like limeade so I got the original. Shark gummy was a fun touch
Service was really good and we got seated immediately even though it was so busy (we said we didn’t need a booth and just sat at a table)

Had lunch with a group of 7 other ladies today (9/23/2025). Food was delicious. Waitress along with the man who brought out the food, whose names I didn’t get, were both so friendly & accommodating. Most of us ordered the lunch special & we were very pleased with it. Thanks Chilii’s for a great meal & nice atmosphere.

The food was genuinely disgraceful and i’ve been to chilis plenty of times. My quesadillas still had sour cream on them and I hate sour cream I removed it for a reason so they were un-eatable, And the triple dipper could have just stayed at chilis. The nashville hot mozzarella sticks tasted like the seasoning salt was placed on them before they came to me which was yuck and the egg rolls don’t even come cut in half & when you do bite into it, it’s overcooked ??? Complete let down all together & i don’t mind spending my money on quality food. it won’t be a next time for me.

Our waitress was Tiffany and she did everything to make our Lunch enjoyable. Nothing was overlooked. The food was hot and delicious, and the seating was comfortable and large enough, which is sometimes a problem in other places. Enjoyed the atmosphere there!

My waitress Kim was horrible. I ordered loaded fries with queso & was giving some type of chilli sauce. When I told Kim, she went in the back and immediately brought me a child portion of cold fries with only queso & jalapeño that had been thrown together. HORRIBLE

8/26/2025 - I received a reply from Chili's Grill and Bar in Pensacola, but could tell that they did not thoroughly read my review. .
We stopped in Saturday Aug 23, 2025 to get a couple of cocktails, and I did something I never do and sat at the bar. We ordered the President's Margaritas. I ordered Dragon Fruit and my fiancé ordered the Traditional: when I tell you it's a showstopper, they were both well balanced and perfect. ! And, the chips and dip were great as well.
Now then, let's talk about the service at the bar. There was a man sitting at the bar that obviously thought that the bartender was his personal bartender and he never stopped demanding her attention, which was off-putting to say the least. I had to ask for straws for water, and napkins as well period. The pretty bartender was quite competent and very clean. However , she was obviously distracted and engaged in the conversation in a way that was less than professional as she was even looking through his phone and discussing things with him while we sat and waited for service at times. The atmosphere was lovely and I made mention of it to the manager on my way out. I would definitely go back again. I've attached some pretty nice photos for you. Fajitas were over cooked - burned meat and veggies. Service was ok, but did not get appetizers that we ordered - had to cancel them. For the prices they charge, they really need to step it up.
