I love this BBQ. I love this place. All employees were fun and courteous! There were 7 of us. We went on a Sunday evening. Not busy at all. We played connect four and the 8 yr old grandson loved it.My son in law makes the best ribs ever! But we all love these ribs. Not as good as s.i..l..I love the brisket. Melts in your mouth. Everything is good!! The baked potato casserole is one of my favorites!
I wish I could give a higher review but 2 is really a stretch. I don't have anything against this restaurant or anyone that works there. I didn't have a bad experience or service. The restaurant was very clean and inviting(although the community silverware was kind of yucky). As you can see in the pics, OVER $20 for a plate of food and drink not even close to worth that much. The brisket was good, not great but the baked beans and potato salad were awful. I visited Pensacola 9 years ago and Dickey's was my favorite in their previous location, now just recently moved here and I hit them up again and it's NOTHING like it was. I know the cost of everything has gone up but $20+ for a plate of food & drink is simply not worth it. I wish your restaurant the best of luck, but I won't be back.
So I called to order to go to be hung up on tonight, I called back several times and finally the phone was answered, what I still can't figure out is why they have a call phone as a store phone, back to my review I was then put on hold for 13min after I was told to please hold so she can pour a sweet tea, that must have been a big cup, then when she Finally answered after my 13min hold she told me they were very busy, well it just so happened I was now pulling into there parking lot when I opened the doors expect Ling there to be all tables full and a line out the door, much to my surprise there was one person in the entire restaurant, so I proceeded to order and was told they were basically out of most everything, I finally was able to fine something that they had with all hopes it was edible, either way I could go on and on but I will NEVER return to eat here again.

Absolutely terrible food. Nothing like the location on Davis that closed. That location was great, delicious, FREE ICE CREAM, and was one of the best BBQ joints in town. This location is disgusting food wise and cleanliness wise. No free ice cream.Go back to Davis, get new management, bring back the old way of doing things.

I used to LOVE Dickeys and always recommended this place, but no more. I order Dickeys via door dash about once or twice a month for my work lunch/dinner. In the past year, on about 90% of my orders, they forget to put my BBQ sauce in the bag. It's not an occasional mistake. It happens almost every time I order, to the point I even started calling them after placing a door dash order to remind them to please not forget my BBQ sauce.
I forgot to call to remind them this last time and guess what! Surprise! I got NO BBQ SAUCE, NONE. So I got to have an extra dry brisket sandwich for dinner (again) when normally I like extra sauce, which I always pay for and it's also never included. I'm done with Dickeys, and won't be recommending this place anymore either. They don't seem to care about the customer.
Worst if you are hungry you better check a place that actually has some customer if not then the food is horrible.

We really enjoyed the old Davis Hwy location, but EVERYTHING has gone downhill since they moved to Pine Forest. It's very sad to see this happen to a place we used to eat at so often.

March 7@7pm ! Went to go pick up my order, were I placed it on there website! I would not recommend anyone to eat at this establishment. My husband went and pick up our order and when he return home(which is about 6mina away from our home..The pork pull ribs were very cold right alone with the bake beans!!! They actually just went in the refrigerator or freezer and pull out a square size bun, which it should’ve been a slice of garlic toast! Very disappointed in the quality of their food !! We spent nearly $50.00 and the food wasn’t worth that amount of money. I wouldn’t recommend or tell anyone of the Poor Food Quality! A very Disgraceful food. And your employees didn’t make the situation any better!!!!! DISAPPOINTED AND I ADVISED ANYONE NOT TO EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT !!! Poor Quality

Food at this location isn't as good as it was at Airport location. I'm not sure why but it isn't. Also was only allowed to do delivery once and it locked it saying account not paid in full. Not sure what that's about when I paid for our food. Husband did it also from his name and they let him do delivery once then locked him out. Can't do delivery over phone only on app so that's sad they can't get that fixed. Helps them not have to pay doordash though I guess.

Service seemed a little chaotic. Everyone seemed confused and nervous. I’ve been going to Dickey’s for 10+ years and Pensacola cooks just don’t make the bbq very good. Whoever served the food was super messy and got food crusted all over the outside of the container. Just shows me they’re slapping it together and not changing their gloves. They obviously need better management.. I used to love to go to Dickey’s. They even took out the free soft ice cream machine ☹️ I couldn’t believe how much we had to pay for just a meal for two!
This place is awesome. My go to place for BBQ. I'm from Texas too, so I'm a bit picky ?
