Dunkin' Donuts in Pensacola

“9-19-2024: love me some Dunkin’ during my workweeks so, this weekend I tried a Dunkin’ near home. Ordered via the app and I jacked up something… app said it couldn’t place my order. So, waited to reorder when I arrived at the parking lot. Apparently the 1st order DID go through and I had two orders now. I believe the mgr Amanda (who was on the ticket) fixed everything in a very quick and surprisingly easy way. I also noted the staff are super friendly people here too! My new weekend breakfast go to!

“This Dunkin’ location consistently makes my best coffee. My husband deserves some credit too, he always makes sure my allergies are taken into consideration so I don’t end up sick, and they’ve been good about following those instructions.

Customer service here is good, some days are better than others but overall they get my order right, and my coffee always comes out exactly how I like it. For me, that reliability makes all the difference.“

“We have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts location for a couple of months. The employees are friendly. We feel welcomed when we visit. I recommend the caramel iced latte.. so good! We also enjoy the midnight coffee, sausage egg and cheese bagels, and donuts.“

“Literally the best location I’ve visited. They are always so nice to my husband and myself. Today the manager actually walked our coffee out to the car when she seen our car pulling up. They always address my husband by his first name when he walks in. Just all around great customer service ! Reading some of these reviews, I think people expect service workers to be perfect like robots but we’re all human. Being kind and showing compassion is rare in today’s world so it’s a breath of fresh air. And to add, our coffee is always perfect !“

“I got a cookie butter ice latte and a blueberry glazed donut. Wonderful and delicious! Unfortunately they were out of large cups but I settled for a medium, the ladies attitudes were absolutely outstanding, I felt very welcome here and enjoyed getting a treat from them! I’ll be back! Thanks girls!“
