I think the shop is in process of a remodel or expansion since half the store appeared to have a clutter of equipment and furnishings but it doesn't disrupt ones ability to access the ice cream bar and making an order. They have a good variety of ice cream too!
Love their raspberry malts. They have so many flavors to choose from. There's tables and chairs if you want to eat it at the shop. They have a good size menu to choose from.

This is some of the best ice cream in the Pensacola area folks! This is a must stop place every time I visit my parents. Their flavors are elite and the dipped waffle cones with sprinkles are a home run. When you put all of these together you get an unmatched ice cream experience. The staff is also extremely kind and measure the scoop size with their hearts. Midnight Caramel River should be a must for your next visit. Go already!
