I ordered online at 11am and my food was ready at 11:54. The food was served to the people who came after I was there. I should be served before then because they were there at 11:20. My order didn't have all of the toppings, missing peanut cilantro, and etc. so you probably don't understand why someone like me (not being White) complained... My husband needed to go to the ER but I knew about it after I already paid... Sorry for not being important like the rest of your customers... But you are shallow enough to think that my time is not important like your white customers and restaurant.. . My husband is white

Stir fried beef pho and chicken pho are elite. Meatballs are made in house and you can taste the difference. Pork chop is huge and tasty. Coffee is also good. Dining area is a little small

Their food is so flavorful and delicious. One of the best pho places I've been. The waffle net egg rolls are awesome.

Edited to add I'm still coming here occasionally and it just always hits no matter what I order. Delicious and wonderful.

I went for lunch on May 7th with a co-worker. The waitress ask my co-worker for her order and never ask me for mine. I had to engage her for my order. She brought my drink in a plastic container and my co-workers in a very nice glass. First indication. Brought our food and was very nice to co-worker but put mine down and walked off. She came over offered my co-worker a fresh drink and didn’t ask if I needed one. She never spoke one word to me the whoIe time. Got very racist vibes. Absolutely no tip. We will not go back.

Amazing food. Came looking for comfort and flavorful food and that’s exactly what I found. I’m sure coming back!

Ate here because my daughters were craving pho. Im Vietnamese and i was pleasntly surprised on how good the broth is. That is saying a lot. Lol

Food 5/5. Definitely one of the better pho places in Pensacola. Good stuff!
Service 2/5: Service in the store is fantastic for sit down. Service to-go, not great. They got rid of phone service, but then charge you an online ordering fee and a “paper & plastic goods”.

My favorite place has gone downhill so fast!!! I’m not sure if they’re under new management or what, but every time I’m in there I see the owner sitting at the table top eating and giving direction to the other workers. He never speaks to me just kind of stares. I usually come in every Sunday and get a regular stirfry beef pho add chicken the last three Sundays I haven’t been able to finish my pho because my stomach starts to hurt mid bite. I’m not sure if they changed the recipe or what but I unfortunately have to find a new pho spot.

I ordered egg rolls and apparently their version of egg rolls is not the original and they call them spring rolls um yeah they're not spring rolls! They loo alien like and well not that great! Nice try on some sort not your normal traditional egg rolls! Needless to say I will not be back! Next time tell your customers about your different versions! Another thing is it's pretty over priced!!
