Went for the traditional Rosh Hashanah meal, but there was no menu for it available. Asked the ladies at the front and all they said was it's on the website - true, but not easy to find. The apple starter was truly underwhelming, but the main was delicious. The service was a bit rushed; had to slow things down. Our waitress was fantastic. Jackson's is our go-to spot in Pensacola; this special meal/menu could have been presented a little bit better.
We were a party of 8 attending the special Rosh Hashanah dinner. The meal brought back memories of my childhood with all if the specific foods we would have. It was excellent and would definitely do it again.
Waiter was outstanding the whole time there, but we was there for my wife birthday and she was not recognized for this celebration. So overall all was good experience, but will not be celebrating there again due to her not being recognized like other people there was for there birthday celebration and I made sure it was on my reservation when made. So overall 1-10. 5
