The BEST local fresh seafood, especially for a fast meal with beautiful scenery. The crew is super friendly and accommodating. The lobster roll and pineapple coleslaw is so delicious and I wouldn't change a thing! The corn salsa paired perfectly with the thin, crispy tortilla chips- so great and didn't overpower the salsa. The alligator bites, fried shrimp, fries, sweet potato fries, and coconut shrimp tacos are all soooooooo tasty! One of the specials when we visited was the cheesecake eggrolls and so of course our group of five had to try and they did not disappoint. We were very happy with the prices and honestly we've paid a lot more for a lot less at other places. We hope this is a place that will be around for years and years to come because we will always be back to visit! I highly recommend Jaime's Local Seafood Shack!!

This is a great little spot. The seafood is super fresh and well prepared. The outdoor seating has a great view and some of it is covered.
For appetizer I had the fried dill pickles and crawfish bites, both were crispy and presented ok even after being carried out. As an entree I had the fried shrimp tacos and they were delicious! Served with slaw a remoulade or other sauces. It comes along with chips and a bean salsa. Perfectly fried and not overcooked.

If you’re out that way give this spot a try. I’ll definitely be back.

Great food, even better atmosphere. The lady serving the food is the nicest lady ever. And the food is nothing short of delicious. Amazing prices and the best quality around.

What a hidden gem! Jaime’s was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was so fun for our kids to watch the boats. Shrimp poboys were excellent, and if you have an opportunity to order the boudin eggrolls, don’t skip them!

I loved the fact that this place is right on the water— like you are on the dock right in on the action. You watch the boats drive by and have the breeze in your hair. I don’t love the food. I got blackened grouper tacos and well…they weren’t blackened. There was so much liquid from the fish leftover after I ate the taco, it made it soggy. Also, it was just fish and a very light sauce— nothing dressed on top of it. It also didn’t feel or taste like the tortillas were grilled or heated up, just tasted like they were pulled from the package. The side of pineapple slaw didn’t have much if any pineapple in it. I love a good thin tortilla chip, but the side of black bean and corn salsa was too heavy for that type of chip.

Officially, I would rate this place as a 3.5. The owner of the food truck sources her seafood from the seafood shop next door. It is definitely excellent quality. The outdoor seating on the wharf is beautiful, especially on a clear day. The Alligator Bites were similar to a hush puppy, as one review stated, with a little spice along with a little bit of cheese. Like a mozzarella stick and an Alligator Bite fused together. The fried crawfish poboy would be good for someone who likes a lot of breading. The bread they use for sandwiches is excellent, very fluffy with that touch of butter and flavor. The fried grouper basket was apparently tasty, but unfortunately, she used grouper fingers instead of fillets. The lobster roll was good, with the lemon dressing, even including shrimp in there. However, I think it is more shrimp than lobster, which I would have wanted the latter to be the star of the show. Unfortunately, there is a giant markup on the food. Also, there was the odd occurrence that the owner charged for someone who wanted to add coleslaw, when the other member did not want the coleslaw that came with the fried grouper basket. It's delicious, but I would advise you to choose wisely and take complete responsibility for any questions you have about the menu and pricing.

The fried and grilled Grouper Baskets. The fish was spectacular and very fresh tasting. Fries were perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Tartar sauce and Bang Bang Sauce were perfectly prepared. The location was great right by the bridge and water with seating for about 24 people at 6 tables with umbrellas. Service was great, and we very much enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for great food and a relaxing atmosphere.

Sure wish we'd have gone here yesterday rather than Flora-Bama Yacht Club. FBYC was okay but Jaime's was definitely better all around. I had the fried shrimp tacos 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 and my wife had the fried grouper poboy with sweet potato fries which were superb. Limited menu but excellent all around.

This is the best local seafood place, hands down. Jamie’s covers all the bases from food quality, friendly service, as well as a fantastic view of the ICW. I regularly eat here with my wife and is my “go to” when I have friends from out of town. Thank you Jaime’s!!

Awesome food right by the water. We had the crawfish poboy, grouper poboy, grilled shrimp and alligator bites. The only thing that was just ok was the alligator bites. They were why would you describe the middle of the alligator bite were mushy on the inside and I think they were supposed to be more like a hush puppy. Everything else was fantastic and we’d definitely come back.

It’s a food truck with outside seating by the canal. Delicious coconut shrimp tacos and fun to watch the wildlife.

We met some friends for lunch, we had two shrimp 🍤 Poboys, a basket of Grouper and shrimp, and a hotdog 🌭 that was perfectly cooked. We loved everything!💜
The sides were also perfect, regular fries, sweat potato fries and pineapple coleslaw. We had great service, ate at a table with an umbrella
