Everything was great, however, I was so surprised that, at first, they charged us for tap water from the fountain machine. When I questioned this, the young man took the cost off of the bill. I called the store later on the day, and, talked to, whom I figured was the manager after learning that they do charge for water. She was very nice and told me not to worry about since I told her I would send some money to cover the cost. I guess from now on, I will bring my own water😀
June 2025
I made a to-go order for about 18 subs for my office. When I came in, there were subs and boxes everywhere, obviously a very large catering order. They hadn't started on my order yet. But, I gave grace because they obviously had a system going, acknowledged me amd told me they would be working on it. They even helped guests coming in. They moved so quick and efficient. They didn't interact a whole lot but you could see their determination to help everyone and get things...
October 2024
8.17.24...placed an online order to be ready for 6:30pm. Showed up to the store at 6:35pm and my order was ready. In the comment section for the sammy's i added extra lettuce and chipotle mayo and the crew working tonight did just that! I have had issues in the past with employee's not reading the notes on online orders but not tonight. Not sure the 3 crew members names that were working tonight but thank you for doing your job fully ?
