So very frustrating that every time I go to this location the chips are soooo stale. You know you can’t have Mexican food without chips. I love the food but also would love if the chips were fresh. Nobody wants to pay for stale chips.
Honestly, the best Chipotle in the Pensacola area. The food actually tastes authentic and not like a 'white person's version of' Mexican food, lol. 🙌 The employees are very gracious and understanding, especially when you're purchasing using the rewards app.
I am wary of this restaurant's queso though because I'm often reminded too much of alfredo sauce, so I just skip it. It may just be because I haven't had Chipotle outside of the Northwest Florida Panhandle area...read full review

The place looked like a pigs sty. In dining area and kitchen .The food was ok. I won’t come back to this location
