I placed an order. Got a roast beef sandwich and after she made it i asked her to likely toast it and was told because I did not get a combo. She could not toast it for me. She was very rude. My sister ordered a rap and it was not made correctly. She put a whole bag of croutons on it and we didn't want croutons on it. The customer service really needs to be addressed. We had the same problem three weeks ago the sandwich. Es were not done correctly and I never got my pickle. So I probably will not go back

NEVER RETURN TO MY NEIGHBORHOOD SANDWICH SHOP: Failed to follow policy of THEIR Lost & Found: In a RAIN gale used my auto sun shad to enter store, next morning returned for it and employees could not locate. Alleged supervisor was immature, LOW interpersonal relationships and was borderline threatening. Day before BOTH sandwiches I ordered had to be re-made!

I placed an online order for pickup tonight but accidentally ordered from the Davis Highway location. It was almost closing time for both when I went in for my food, and the girls working here were so nice about it and even called the correct location to give them a heads up I was coming. So nice of them! Great customer service is rare these days so I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. Thank you ladies! And I did get my sandwiches- they were delicious!

Definitely overpriced for an average sandwich. I ordered a soda. After I paid, he handed me a warm soda and said sorry no ice. They couldn't have told me that there was no ice before I pulled up or before I paid? But I paid nearly 3 dollars for a warm drink that i threw away.
Edited to add: Don't bother with the copy-paste replies that are left on every review. I submitted my review directly to them using their link. They claimed that someone would be contacting me, but it's been over a week and I have heard nothing. They want to have the appearance of good customer service with less than minimal effort. I don't expect a positive change anytime soon.

I try to frequent this location as it is the closest to my house but y'all make it harder and harder considering half the time you're supposed to be open there will be a sign on the drive thru speaker stating you're opening late due to staffing. Yesterday I tried to place an order in the drive thru, there were 2 cars ahead of me but the open signs had been turned around like you were closed. I sat at the speaker for what seemed like forever and no one ever took my order so I backed out and left. Again today I go, open signs showing, neon lights on etc. I again sit at the speaker box for a very long time and once again no one takes my order. I pulled up to the window and there was no one to be seen. When this location IS open the staff is friendly and the food is good which is the only reason I'm giving a star at all. This store needs to get it together. No idea how it's even still in business.

HOW HARD CAN IT BE? 10/22/24 Pensacola FL Palafox location, Chk #39. Only one car ahead of me at drive thru. After 10 minute wait ordered chicken Cesar wrap combo and twice I emphasized flour tortilla. Told large soft drink only on combo. When I got to the window, I cancelled the combo and asked attendant to change order to sandwich only since I did not want a large coke. Attendant did not even bother to offer me a smaller drink size. I again emphasized flour tortilla. After another longer than usual wait a different attendant came to window and asked me what I had ordered. I again emphasized flour tortilla on the chicken cesar wrap. Staff was very scattered and unfocused. When I got home found that they used a herb wrap tortilla! Second visit this month, can't understand the long waits and getting my order wrong AGAIN. Going back to Subway or Firehouse in future. Not responding to owner's reply since it will result in unsolicited texts or emails.

Ordered the firecracker bundle and all I got was the sandwich and drink and napkins was no chips or cookie but they sure took the money for it

Every time I come here I order a gargantuanI asked for it to be cut in three sections and wrap individually each section wrapped individuallyThis has never been an issue for the past 2 or 3 years.Now the past two times I have been there they are unable to do that is this a new policy?
