The service! they were so accommodating and so kind! and so fun! they really showed us a great time and the space was PERFECTTTT!! I had my 28th Birthday tea party here and I got the whole space and it was like a dream!!
I love the food but the service is terrible. Does it really take 40 minutes for a sandwich and soup when there isn’t a lot of people? Been waiting forever and I think they forgot us since they sat us outside. Brought my mom here because she used to love Norma’s chicken salad but the service was so bad she doesn’t want to even come back.

It was quite busy when we arrived at 11:30, so I never received a refill of my water. Also, it was quite loud inside the building. The building is beautifully decorated, just echo-y, so it can be hard to have a good conversation during lunch hour.
