Placed an order online, went and picked up my order made the mistake of not checking it prior to leaving. I get home to realize that I was missing several items (4 biscuits and 2 orders of mac n cheese) my husband was still out in town asked him to swing by to get the items they shorted us, the person told him they couldn't replace it because he didn't have the original receipt. I had the experience today of having your employ Larry taking my order threw the drive thru . I eat at KFC 2 to three times a month and have eat at the, all over the us and he was the best waiter i have ever had . He was happy to take my order repeated the order had a great cheerful voice . If he is not in management he should be our even have a higher position. you guys need more people like Larry . store#j718317 i went threw the drive thru at 4:34
