SO SLOW!!! I ordered 1 THING ahead online and still waited over 15 minutes, at 2 pm…not even the busiest time.

This store is slow and it took them 45 minutes to make my order I will never go back to this store.
The food was fresh and service was decent. This is the 2nd time though that we've come just before the dinner rush and the place is a mess. Looked like a tornado touched down inside. We ate our food then someone came out and asked another associate to address the lobby.
