Need to get someone who knows how to order supplies better. This Taco Bell was out of forks and didn’t have a sign up or tell anybody after we ordered the potato bowls which requires utensils to eat. When we asked for a fork and they said they said they were out we asked how are we supposed to eat and they just had a dumb founded look. It doesn’t take long to go to a store and get forks.

Just a helpful tip, never put a Mexican pizza box on the bottom of the bag and all the heavy taco's and buritos on top to smash the lid of the box down so the whole Mexican pizza sticks to the top of the box, one huge mess, very disappointing.

I've picked up at this location late at night and been redirected to the drive through to pickup. Tonight I went through the drive through and was redirected inside. Really had customer service, I understand if they don't want to make a habit or whatever but really they could have just told me not do that next time. There were plenty of workers that could have taken a few seconds to pick up my food from the pickup situation to the window. That was really unnecessary guys.Literally stop sighing whenever people don't donate, I have no idea where that money's going to, I don't want to support anything I'm not sure about and no I'm not gonna take a few seconds to research where my money's going to. I just want to eat my badly rolled burrito that might or might not have hair and spit in it.
