Premium Price for a non premium ice cream and a mediocre staff. Asked for 2 flavors and wasn't told I couldn't get toppings mixed in, because I had 2 flavors but they had already served the ice cream in a cup. Whats the point of going to a Cold Stone Creamery knock off if you're not going to mix the toppings into ice cream? Was offered a little topping on the top of the icecream so, I got to eat 85% of the icecram with nothing in it.

Nice staff, but product was just disappointing. Ice cream was too runny to put it all in a cone so it was served with a little inside the base of the cone and the rest was soupy served in a cup. Toppings could have saved the day but were generic tasting with little flavor. Not at all what I remember getting at the last marble slab place we ate at.

I went to Marble Slab on a weekday night, and they had a line out the door. The staff was professional and served everyone in a timely manner. There were many choices for ice cream, shakes, and more.
