i’m very upset with the location on 9 mile road on pensacola. i order a pizza and a drink and the delivery driver forgot the drink didn’t make a issue called the store and was assured that when the driver returns they would be sent back out. i live less than 10 minutes away but i have it a little over an hour no drink so i called back to the store the guy who answered was very nice and said that the driver was just getting back to the store and my drink is on the way. it is...read full review
I've already given my complaint 4 days ago. The driver was flying down my neighborhood. Wanda drive. It was a female. when I called to complain to management, it was another female that left me on hold for over 30 minutes. never picked up the phone to talk to me. I heard all conversations in those 30 minutes because the phone was actually just laying down, not put on hold. The rudeness of this particular restaurant is beyond belief I will never give them my business
Absolutely love there pizza,but they have screwed up last 2 orders. Tonight they couldn't even find my order. Had to send them a screenshot and then magically she found. Had to wait another half hour pick it up!!! Won't be ordering there again!
