Pizza Hut, a popular restaurant known for its delectable pizzas, has received mixed reviews from customers. One customer praised the restaurant's special prices and coupons, as well as the superior quality of their in-store pizzas compared to online or phone orders. Another customer highlighted the exceptional service and positive attitude of the young staff member who greeted them, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Recently, customers also appreciated the delivery service, noting that food arrived hot and delicious within about 35 minutes. The delivery driver, Courtney, was praised for her excellent customer service, kindness, and willingness to help, even running after a customer's cat and assisting a disabled customer. Despite some scheduling issues in the past due to poor communication about opening times, the staff and manager have been quick to resolve problems, ensuring customers could enjoy their pizza and even deliver it to events like a daughter's school party. The overall experience at Pizza Hut continues to be positive, especially thanks to attentive and caring staff members like Courtney.
