We placed two separate orders was set to be picked up at 630 and when I walked in was told at 630 that it was going to be a wait theat they were running behind.I should have cancelled order then. Then when we actually got home with orders pizza was not thoroughly cooked like it was rushed immediately called to report spoke with John Willis and I asked if I could bring back he stated yes and apologized. My daughter called to report her issues as well and was told by female forgot name states that she is the GM that per policy no returns allowed. When I say I will NEVER return to MARCOS never who doesn’t stand by their food. If it’s not correct fix the problem but to stay no returns allowed and no refunds I would have never ordered knowing this.Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere!

I didn’t receive my full delivery order so I called the and spoke to a manager named James. He guaranteed me that the delivery driver would be bringing me the rest of my order. Well it is the next day and I am still waiting on my order.

I was disappointed as I placed my order for pickup. Came in to pick up my food and the guy at the front counter was on the phone worried about something going on in the parking lot. The lady in the back didnt acknowledge me until after a few minutes had gone by. I didn’t get my Mountain Dew I ordered and she had a bit of an attitude it seemed. It was a very uncomfortable exchange and I do not think I will be back…

Ordered a delicious pizza for takeout. Wasn’t disappointed! Pizza took a little longer than anticipated by phone order. But order correct and hot for takeout!!

Me and another homeless friend pooled our cash to get dinner. A deal we had just seen on TV and on Facebook... Lg 2 topping for 8.99. ride my bike and trailer the almost mile to the store 1122. And the front door was locked even tho it said open till midnight... Well while trying to figure out what else I could get I see another customer go in the other door...???... Ok so I go in order and I'm told $18.47? Asked about the deal even showed it to them on there own Facebook page and TVand radio spot they were running...I'm told the best thing they can do is discount a med 1 topping from 13$ to the 10 I had. Say ok then the cook say that he doesn't want to cook it it's to late 1135 at this time...she convinced him to ... For the only meal I got that day I was thoroughly unsatisfied and felt like trash the way I was treated. I normally love u guys food. And normally y'all's pizza is amazing...this was not that. It was under fired flat soggy oily and had maybe 18 pieces of sausage on the whole thing. I legitimately almost talked my buddy into just not getting to eat yesterday and bring it in to whoever runs y'all's store but we were starving.
Food is always great and only rarely are there any problems with the order. And staff are usually great.

We called the order of pizza and not being from the area we told her the hotel name and she would interrupt and said she needs the address I said one second allow me to look it up online and then she's proceeded to keep saying I need the address I need the address and wouldn't let us finish a sentence one never never order from Marco's Pizza on 9 Mile very very rude people Southern hospitality my ass

Amazing pizza. Last minute order for an NJROTC unit Spring Break party. They were able to get 22 pizzas done within an 1 hour and a 1/2. Never had Marcos pizza before, but thankfully will again since there’s one in my city. Thanks for accommodating such hungry cadets. Everyone loved the pizza!!🍕
