First, let me start with Mark! He was amazing and made sure everything was on point! Gave me great insight on how to order the pizza the way I wanted it. A fantastic brand ambassador! Finally, the pizza was AMAZING! The pie was the best I've eaten is the last 6 months. Needless to say, I'll be back!!!

Really irritating when your delivery drivers can not read a damn apartment number. 3x now knocking on my door for someone else, interrupting what I'm doing and getting my dogs worked up for NOTHING! Get delivery drivers that know how to read!

This was take out. The pizza was hot and absolutely delicious! The ingredients were from one side to the other. No skimming on ingredients. I love the thin crust where the pizza is cut into squares.

Parking: You can park right by the entrance in a free parking lot.

I’m still sitting in the restaurant. My daughter and I came in for our normal Sunday pizza lunch. The staff was rude, and disinterested in any kind of customer service. It took 28 minutes to get our pizza for dine in. At which point it was dropped at the table in a go box with no plates, cheese pepper etc. I went to retrieve these items, now here is where it gets sad. I feel horrible, and I’d like to extend an apology to the employee pictured below. I can’t imagine how inconvenient it was for her having me interrupt her conversation she was having through an AirPod. I will say though, for our entire meal, we got to hear how bad she hates her job and how annoying her customers are!

I sincerely hope if we ever come back, that we receive a better experience. Also, please actually get off the phone and cut our pizza next time. We literally had to tear it apart

i’m very upset with the location on 9 mile road on pensacola. i order a pizza and a drink and the delivery driver forgot the drink didn’t make a issue called the store and was assured that when the driver returns they would be sent back out. i live less than 10 minutes away but i have it a little over an hour no drink so i called back to the store the guy who answered was very nice and said that the driver was just getting back to the store and my drink is on the way. it is now 2am in the morning and im writing the review i would have much rather been told its busy we short staff can we give you a store credit or bring it tomorrow instead of being lied to. this is horrible customer service and this is not how an establishment should treat a customer. very displeased and upset will not recommend

Dear other customers, your food is not made with love at this location. Some seriously negative energy going on here. I've encountered it multiple times as a customer and a dasher. Maybe they don't have enough help. Maybe they don't hire people who are good with high pace food service industry.

I ordered a pie last night. They were busy and only had one woman behind the counter. She was doing everything she could to help everyone. She never lost her composure. She kept working until everyone was taken care of. I waited longer than I expected, but I also wasn't aware of their Tuesday specials, it's no wonder they were so busy. After being very patient. I was taken care of, I got my pizza and it was hot and delicious. So, well done to the young lady that had to fulfill all those orders herself.
