We placed two separate orders was set to be picked up at 630 and when I walked in was told at 630 that it was going to be a wait theat they were running behind.I should have cancelled order then. Then when we actually got home with orders pizza was not thoroughly cooked like it was rushed immediately called to report spoke with John Willis and I asked if I could bring back he stated yes and apologized. My daughter called to report her issues as well and was told by female forgot name states that she is the GM that per policy no returns allowed. When I say I will NEVER return to MARCOS never who doesn’t stand by their food. If it’s not correct fix the problem but to stay no returns allowed and no refunds I would have never ordered knowing this.Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere!

You need a different driver for your business. Whoever is behind the wheel of the silver Nissan SUV with the wagging dog tail back window wiper is a dangerous driver. They are going to cause an accident and someone is going to get hurt.
I didn’t receive my full delivery order so I called the and spoke to a manager named James. He guaranteed me that the delivery driver would be bringing me the rest of my order. Well it is the next day and I am still waiting on my order.

I was disappointed as I placed my order for pickup. Came in to pick up my food and the guy at the front counter was on the phone worried about something going on in the parking lot. The lady in the back didnt acknowledge me until after a few minutes had gone by. I didn’t get my Mountain Dew I ordered and she had a bit of an attitude it seemed. It was a very uncomfortable exchange and I do not think I will be back…
