I've been here a few times in groups, and DeLuna seems like a pretty standard bowling alley. I do wish they had more lightweight, small balls available, since I had a hard time finding one for my fiancée that wasn't too big or heavy.
I took my 6 year old nephew here for some one on one time. There was only person working and they were slammed. He was so kind and always smiling. Even though he was running around like crazy. Then as we were paying I discovered that someone had stolen money from my account and I was a few dollars short. I was trying to get in touch with my brother to transfer some money but the worker just said it was OK and let me pay what I had. He really made the entire experience so pleasant....read full review

The place was PACKED at 6pm on a Tuesday for their leagues. Luckily they did have a lane open up. The lady running the counter was friendly and got us on the lane fast. The lanes and balls were nice, but there were men standing in every single spot throughout the entire place making it hard to move without being touched or bumped into as you tried to walk to the restroom or snack bar. The snack area was nice and the ladies behind the counter were attentive.
