McDonald's in Pensacola is a gem with excellent customer service and fresh food. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and modern. While the chicken sandwich was a bit messy, the overall experience was great. The inside is nice, but the outside could be cleaner. Despite some small issues, the food was hot and tasty with minimal wait time.
