Really thought this was going to be a quick stop on the way into work this morning to get 4 standard breakfast sandwiches and 1 coffee. I'm in a work van and can't go through the drive thru. I spent 15 minutes waiting while every other person was served. There were 4 people ahead of me and 2 orders after. Then my order comes up as "Now serving" and after waiting while it was bagged the girl goes to hand me my bag and I mention there should also be a coffee....

Overall, not the best location of the chain I’ve visited. I ordered two steak egg cheese bagel meals without egg. They rung up my order on correctly onscreen and the receipt matched. The food had the egg on both sandwiches, the buns were barely toasted, a tiny spot of onions, and the meat was cooked oddly resulting it being very tough. The hash-browns were undercooked as well.

They seem to have lots of problems with machines not working. I have ordered frappes and coffee through the app. When I arrive oftentimes they say machine is not working or is being cleaned. Then I have to substitute something else since they can't refund it. Not what I wanted.
